Rev. Gerald Plange is the founding Senior Pastor of Upper Room Family International Church. He leads a team of sixteen ministers, ten ministry directors, and a thriving congregation. Snr. Pastor Plange has a strong pastoral and teaching ministry with a unique gift of attracting and nurturing other ministers for the Lord’s service. His passion is to see the Lord’s people serve God and humanity with excellence.
Gifted with a wonderful sense of humor, his messages are down to earth and yet very profound. Snr. Pastor Plange and his wife Irene are blessed with two children.
The senior pastor is supported by a group of dedicated and hard-working board of directors, pastors, ministers and ministry directors.

Pastor Seth Duncan has served at URFIC for 17 years and brings over 43 years of experience in ministry. He is a devoted husband of 37 years, a proud father of four, and a grandfather of one. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, baking, and working in the yard.

Pastor Joshua Nortey has served in ministry for over 18 years and has been with URFIC for 17. Pastor Joshua currently serves as the leader and overseer of the URFIC Administration department. He’s a devoted husband and father of four. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and basketball.

EMMANUEL AKESE
Minister Emmanuel Akese has been with URFIC since its inception and has served in ministry for over 20 years. He is happily married and the proud father of two children. In addition to his role as minister, he serves as the head of all URFIC Departments. In his free time, he enjoys coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders and spending time outdoors.

OTI ACHAMFOUR
Minister Oti has been a dedicated member of URFIC for 9 years and has served in ministry for 11 years in an official capacity. He has been happily married for 6 years and is the proud father of two children. Outside of ministry, he enjoys soccer and has experience playing and coaching at the college level.

YAW SARFO-POKU
Minister Yaw Sarfo-Poku has been a part of URFIC since 2011. He has served as a minister for 4 months and also serves as the leader of URFIC’s Outreach and Prison Ministry. He has been married for 12 years and is blessed with three children. In his downtime, he enjoys cooking and reading classic literature books.

FRANK KUMAH
Minister Frank Kumah has been a part of URFIC for 8 years. He has served in ministry for many years has been a minister for the past 4 months. He currently acts as the Prayer Director of URFIC’s Prayer Department. He is married, blessed with three children, and enjoys spending quality time having fun with family and friends.

Minister George Lamptey has faithfully served at URFIC for 17 years, beginning as a fellowshiper and now serving as a minister. He has dedicated 40 years to ministry, has been happily married for 33 years, and is the proud father of five children. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching soccer.
